Many causes, fewer solutions...

There's an infinite number of causes for ill-health, yet when it comes to solutions and ways to get back to health, the list is much shorter. 

A proportion of clients will present with more complex situations, but 8 times out of 10 this advice can have tremendous results:

- Reduce foods that make you feel tired and replace them with those that energise you.
- Stop investing time and energy in activities and people that don't spark joy and focus instead on those
 that do.
