    Book your included Zoom session (30 minutes) so we can check you’re set up properly.

    Optional — many customers don’t need it, but it’s there if you want confidence or you’re stuck.

    If you still have questions after you’ve practised a few times, book a free 10-minute follow-up.

    Ideal about 1–2 weeks after your setup call, once you’ve had real use-time with the equipment.

Included support is designed around a 1-practitioner clinic. If additional practitioners need their own support time, please use the paid option below.


3) Paid extra support (clinics, extra practitioners, refreshers)

If you need more help beyond the included support — or you’re a clinic/team with multiple practitioners — book a paid support call.
